Spying on the punks

I was walking down the street with David Bowie. Paul Stanley was behind me the whole time singing Kiss songs. Magically there was a full band accompanying him. We walked into a bar and I was there to spy on the punks. The bar room had a stage in the back with a walk path leading to it down the middle of the room. On the left hand side, sitting at the bar tables, was Prince, the rest of Kiss, Freddie Mercury, and a bunch of other people. On the right hand side was the Sex Pistols and a bunch of crazy looking people. I had to sit on that side since I was trying to find something out for whatever reason. There was one seat and it was wedged between a table and a wall. I asked the girl at that table if I could sit there. She looked totally stoned out of her head and told me I could sit there. That's about all I remember.
