I wasn’t a concert going kid. I didn’t start really going to concerts until I was really done with college. Sure, I went to a few in high school but it was usually because someone had a free ticket. The Weird Al show
Last week I saw Cinderella in concert, up close, I might add. While trying to enjoying the hair metal I also had to worry about the drunk next to me, behind me, and in front of me. Plus, that one guy that crowd surfed…oh, and the fight that broke out a few people away. Then there was that fat woman that kept rubbing up against me trying to push herself to the front. The Alice Cooper show
It should come as no surprise that Alice Cooper knows how to put on a show. He’s been doing it for 30+ years and seemingly hasn’t changed much. By this point in history most people know Alice’s gimmicks – the guillotines, the hanging, blood, horror – but even though I knew what was coming, it still made a huge impact as part of the best rock show I’ve ever seen.
